PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reducing work load of a helper in a case of elder-to-elder nursing, when the helper takes a person who has difficulty in walking to the toilet by using a wheelchair.SOLUTION: The apparatus is characterized by including: a seat surface which is formed of a pair of plate bodies having opposing curved surfaces and is provided so as to be openable/closable with a rotation bearing post and a rotation shaft and an armrest which is formed of a pair of plate bodies and is provided above the seat surface so as to be openable/closable similarly with the rotation bearing post and the rotation shaft.
