Tool for cutting branch of e.g. tree, has telescopic handle placed in housing of ergonomic handle, and assembly formed of chain saw type cutter chain, electric motor and pinions, where assembly is associated with ergonomic handle
The tool has two jaws (1, 2) between which a chain saw type cutter chain (5) is rolled. The cutter chain is placed on a guide (4) and driven by a first pinion (13) integrated to an electric motor (12). The cutter chain rotates around the guide assisted by second and third pinions (3, 14). A telescopic handle (10) is placed in a housing (9) of an ergonomic handle (8). An assembly formed of the chain, the motor and the pinions is associated with the ergonomic handle. Length of the tool is about 380 mm and width of the tool is about 120 mm.
