To provide a foot cleaning tool which is suitable for removing a cornified skin on a heel and washing a part between toes, by one tool which is sanitary and has high durability.SOLUTION: A foot cleaning tool comprises: a main body 2； a cuticle removal part for removing a cuticle； and a toe cleaning part 14 for cleaning toes. The main body 2 comprises an opening to which the cuticle removal part is attached, an opening 6 for the toe cleaning part 14, and a grip part 3 for gripping the main body 2, and the cuticle removal part has a flat plate having an opening for moving the removed cuticle into the main body 2 and a side wall, and a net part 11 for covering the surface of the flat plate and the side wall and removing a cuticle. The toe cleaning part 14 comprises: a cleaning body 18 having a plurality of protrusions for cleaning toes； a support part for supporting the cleaning body 18； and a screw 15 connected to the support part.
