The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a hyaluronidase inhibitor, a collagenase inhibitor, an elastase inhibitor, an MMP-1 production inhibitor, and a collagen synthesis promoter which have, as an active ingredient thereof, a dye compound extracted from a Rosaceae plant； and a skin external preparation, a skin cosmetic, and a quasi-drug which include said dye compound.
