PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antiaging external preparation for skin and an antiaging health supplement that contain an inhibitor against acrolein adduct formation, suppressing a reaction for forming an adduct of acrolein produced in a living body to a protein in which the antiaging external preparation for skin controls occurrence of wrinkles, flabbiness, etc., and the antiaging health supplement controls arteriosclerosis in a living body.

SOLUTION: The inhibitor against acrolein adduct formation comprises an extract of an ovary of Rosa centifolia or Rosa hybrida of the family Rosaceae.
