PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a beverage package with sufficient sterilization performance.SOLUTION: A sterile filling environment for filling a container (2) with a beverage and sealing the container with a lid is covered with a sterilization chamber (26 and 27) a lower end of a vertical part (82) of a duct supplying sterile air into the sterilization chamber is connected to a ceiling of the sterilization chamber a horizontal part (81) of the duct is connected to a side face of the vertical part a filter (85) is provided in a portion facing the vertical part of the horizontal part peracetic acid is sprayed beforehand into the sterilization chamber and the vertical part to carry out sterilization the sterile air having passed through the ULPA filter is sent into the sterilization chamber to dry the peracetic acid in the sterilization chamber heated water is sprayed only into the sterilization chamber to carry out sterilization the sterile air is sent into the sterilization chamber from the duct to pressurize an interior of the sterilization chamber a sterilized container is introduced into the sterilization chamber and the sterilized beverage is filled and sealed in the container at normal temperature or low temperature.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】殺菌性の良い飲料包装体を製造する。【解決手段】飲料を容器(2)に充填して蓋で密封する無菌充填環境を無菌チャンバー(26,27)で覆い、この無菌チャンバー内に無菌エアを供給するダクトの垂直部(82)の下端を無菌チャンバーの天井に接続し、この垂直部の側面にダクトの水平部(81)を接続し、水平部が垂直部に臨む箇所にはフィルタ(85)を設けておき、予め無菌チャンバー内と上記垂直部内とに過酢酸をスプレーして殺菌し、次に、上記ULPAフィルタを通った無菌エアを無菌チャンバー内へと送って無菌チャンバー内の過酢酸を乾燥させ、次に、無菌チャンバー内にのみ加熱水をスプレーして殺菌した後、無菌エアを上記ダクトから無菌チャンバー内に送って無菌チャンバー内を陽圧化しておき、しかる後に上記無菌チャンバー内に予め殺菌処理した容器を導入し、容器内に殺菌処理済み飲料を常温又は低温で充填し、密封する。【選択図】図12
