PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assistance device and assistance system capable of saving labor of a caretaker.SOLUTION: The assistance device for assisting a person 100 supported by support means 2 for supporting the body includes: ventilation means 5 that is installed at the support means 2 so as to interpose between the support means 2 and the body of the person 100 supported by the support means 2 drive means 6 that moves the support means 2 relative to at least a part of the ventilation means 5 to create a ventilation space 101 coming into contact with the body of the person 100, between the person 100 supported by the support means 2 and the support means 2 air supply means 3 for supplying air to the ventilation space 101 and control means 8 for communicably connecting the air supply means 3 and the drive means 6.
