The syringe cover (9) includes, on an outer surface thereof, a discrimination mark (11) that is detectable by the pharmaceutical injection device and indicates a type of a drug. The syringe cover (9) includes, on an outer surface thereof, a rotation marker (12) that indicates a rotation direction of the pharmaceutical syringe unit with respect to the main body (1) when the pharmaceutical syringe unit (3) is mounted on the main body (1).
