Provided are a method for generating a visual or light stimulus for the visual evoked potential of a user using a multi-color flickering light hard to perceive, a device for the same, and a control system for the same, in order not to cause inconvenience to a user or a distortion in an embedded image. The control system includes a stimulus generation device and a brain wave detection device. The stimulus generation device includes a first and a second light source. The first and second light sources generate flickering light having a first wavelength and other flickering light having one or more wavelengths different from the first wavelength. The light sources generate visual/light stimulus flickering having a frequency higher than a threshold flicker fusion frequency.
