PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active species generator in which electrical connection between a member for discharge and a terminal for conduction is secured without depending on a screw.SOLUTION: In the active species generator 70, a terminal 41 on a discharge side fixed to a frame 50 is hooked to an electrode plate 31 on the side of discharge via a hooking member A451, thus an elastic part A471 is elastically deformed, and a contact part A431 is pressed against the electrode plate 31 on the side of discharge.
