This device designed for ion concentration difference measurement and the inductive component, inductance effect measurement circuit and signal processing and analyze unit are included. The quantified output index is related to the inductive change of target. The inductive component will be fixed around the measurement target and used to monitor the equivalent inductive change that induced from the ion concentration variance inside the target. The inductance effect measurement circuit will be used to quantify the equivalent inductive change into the related value. These output values will be computed to generate the related index by signal processing and analyze unit.
