PURPOSE: A method for measuring anti-oxidation ability is provided to simply and visually verify anti-oxidative effect of effective ingredient of a cosmetic product. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring anti-oxidation ability of a cosmetic product comprises: a step of applying test cosmetic product on a potato； a step of photographing potato before and after exposing in the air； a step of measuring brightness of the potato using the photographed image； and a step of evaluating anti-oxidation effect of the cosmetic product.화장품의 항산화능을 측정하는 방법 및 장치로서, 화장품을 얇게 썬 감자 위에 도포한 후, 감자의 갈변 정도를 측정함으로써 화장품의 항산화능을 측정하는 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 상기 화장품의 항산화능 측정방법 및 장치를 이용하는 경우 시험관내(in vitro) 실험을 통해 항산화능을 수치로 표현하는 것보다 화장품의 효능 성분의 항산화 효과를 더 간단하게 가시적으로 검증할 수 있다.
