An oral feeding real-time monitoring method includes: A. a suction pressure sensor measuring a suction pressure of a test subject and generating a suction pressure signal B. according to the suction pressure signal obtaining a sample sequence of suction performances including a sample suction period and a sample suction interval C. comparing the sample sequence of suction performances by a test subject and a reference sequence of suction performances by a reference subject, where the reference sequence includes a reference suction period and a reference suction interval, in order to evaluate the food intake ability of the test subject. A swallowing signal and a breathing signal may be further obtained and compared with those of the reference subject. The three physiological conditions may be combined for the evaluation of the food intake ability.
