PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antioxidant/anti-inflammatory agent that contains extraction liquid of cherry in which components contained in cherry are extracted by a larger amount or efficiently, or extraction residue generated in an extraction process of the extract.SOLUTION: An antioxidant/anti-inflammatory agent contains extraction liquid of cherry or extraction residue thereof as an active ingredient, in which the extraction liquid of cherry or the extraction residue thereof is extracted by an extraction method having a process of agitating flower petals or leaves of cherry by agitation blade while crushing them without adding extraction solvent and extracting the liquid by performing decompression while adding heat from outside under the crushing and agitation from outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】桜に含まれる成分を、より多く又は効率よく抽出された桜の抽出液又はその抽出工程で生じた抽出残渣物を含有する抗酸化・抗炎症剤を提供すること。【解決手段】桜の抽出液又はその抽出残渣物を有効成分として含有する抗酸化・抗炎症剤であり、抽出溶媒を加えずに、桜の花弁又は葉を撹拌羽根で破砕しながら撹拌し、該破砕・撹拌下に外部から熱を加えつつ減圧して抽出する工程を有する抽出法により抽出された桜の抽出液又はその抽出残渣物を有効成分として含有することを特徴とする抗酸化・抗炎症剤により上記課題を解決した。【選択図】図17
