An inhaled pharmaceutical composition contains primary active ingredients of beta2-agonist and corticosteroids. The pharmaceutical compositions disclosed in the present invention are to be inhaled by a patient when needed as a reliever, or administrated in an eccentric way as a controller. The eccentric way control therapy could create a low blood concentration period during the day and minimize the acute tolerance phenomenon (or so called tachyphylaxis) for bronchodilator - beta2-agonists in treating asthma or other obstructive respiratory disorders.
