A baby food prepared in accordance with the present invention includes silk protein manufactured by using silkworm which is easy to get and cheap such that essential amino acid necessary for infants or growing children can be easily supplied. In addition, the silkworm which is a main composition of the silk protein is frozen and dried, and enzyme is used for hydrolysis such that infants with weak digestion ability are able to easily digest the protein.
