PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve compatibility between the ease of piercing a probe for living tissue into a living tissue for detecting its reactions and the follow-up ability of the probe to the tissue after it is retained in the living tissue.SOLUTION: The probe for living tissue has a cylindrical tube constituted of a shape-memory alloy that becomes an austenite phase at a temperature higher than the body temperature of a living tissue and becomes a martensitic phase at the body temperature of the living tissue, and a fluid mechanism for recovering the tissue fluid from a living tissue and/or injecting a liquid medicine into the living tissue.
