PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment tool which can be easily cleaned without damaging operability.SOLUTION: The endoscopic treatment tool includes: an outer sheath part including a tubular outer sheath 124 a tubular inner sheath 122 inserted to the outer sheath 124 a drive wire 123 inserted to the inner sheath 122 a connection hook connected to the distal end of the drive wire 123 and capable of holding a clip a base part connected to the proximal end of the inner sheath 122 and a slider part to which the proximal end of the drive wire 123 is connected and which is slidably held to the base part. As the inner sheath 122, a wire tube formed by spirally twisting a plurality of wires is used.
