The invention relates to a quick and reliable pressure release clip able to be set to tension required to support electrical fence tape, wire and cable (but not restricted to) across floodways, and form a reliable stock barrier, maintaining integrity and the ability to release before posts and strainers and damaged. This clip can be used on electric,plain, barbed and netting. For larger spans where wire cable is used a slide bar in a double pressure release assembly design can be used.
