The present invention relates to a scuticociliates vaccine using frozen and deactivated scuticociliates M. avidus as an antigen of the vaccine and containing any one of peptidoglycan, lipoteichoic acid and &beta-glucan added thereto as an immune supporter. After carrying out a test introducing a scuticociliates vaccine composition to a test fish and making the test fish get infected with scuticociliates at the time of four weeks and eight weeks, a vaccine mixed with peptidoglycan as an immune supporter shows a significant difference as demonstrated by a high relative survival ratio of 55% or more in a test fish group infected with peptidoglycan at the time of four weeks as compared to the control group. In addition, in a vaccine group to which lipoteichoic acid is added, a low-concentration group shows an RPS of 40% at the time of four weeks of vaccine administration. In a test group to which &beta-glucan is added, 100 &mug addition thereof results in an RIPS of 35% at the time of four weeks of vaccine administration and of 37% at the time of eight weeks of vaccine administration. In addition, in a 10 &mug-added test group, an RPS of 32% is obtained at the time of eight weeks of vaccine administration. Thus, such immune supporters enhance immunity and thus are effective for controlling scuticociliates.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 동결하여 불활화시킨 스쿠티카충 M. avidus를백신의 항원으로 사용하고 peptidoglycan, lipoteichoic acid, β-glucan중 어느 하나의 것을 면역보조제로서 첨가시킨 스쿠티카충 백신에 관한 것으로, 스쿠티카충 백신 조성물을 실험어에 투여하고 4주째와 8주째에 스쿠티카충을 감염시킨 실험결과, peptidoglycan이 면역보조제로 혼합된 백신은 4주째 스쿠티카충을 감염시킨 실험어군이 대조구와 비교하여 55% 이상의 높은 상대생존율로 유의적인 차이를 나타내고, lipoteichoic acid를 첨가한 백신 그룹에서는 백신 투여 4주째에 저농도 그룹이 40%의 RPS를 나타내었으며, β-glucan을 첨가한 실험에서는 100 ㎍ 첨가 시, 백신 투여 4주째에 35%, 8주째에 37%의 RPS를 나타내었고, 10 ㎍ 첨가구에서도 백신 투여 8주째에서 32%의 RPS를 나타내어 면역보조제로서 면역을 증강시켜 스쿠티카충 구제에 효과가 있다.
