The present invention relates to methods for increasing the replication capacity of an influenza virus in cultured cells. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for increasing the replication capacity of an influenza virus in a cell comprising the steps consisting of i) infecting said cell with said influenza virus and ii) culturing said infected cell with a least one molecule selected from the group consisting of Dibucaine, Aprindine, Amiloride, Mevinolin, Simvastatin, Promathazine, Pranlukast, Nimodipine, Ibutilide hemifumarate Salt, Risperidone and derivatives or analogues thereof.La présente invention concerne des procédés daugmentation de la capacité de réplication dun virus de la grippe dans des cellules en culture. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un procédé daugmentation de la capacité de réplication dun virus de la grippe dans une cellule, ledit procédé comportant les étapes qui consiste à : i) infecter ladite cellule par ledit virus de la grippe et ii) mettre en culture ladite cellule infectée avec au moins une molécule choisie dans le groupe constitué par : Dibucaïne, Aprindine, Amiloride, Mévinoline, Simvastatine, Promathazine, Pranlukast, Nimodipine, un sel hémifumarate dibutilide, Rispéridone et des dérivés ou analogues de ceux-ci.
