PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cyanobacteria culture technics that can reduce the water used for the culture and can culture simply and stably in large amount.SOLUTION: The invention provides a cyanobacteria mass production method comprising: a stationary culture step A of housing a small piece group S1 of a fragmented cyanobacteria in a closed small culture vessel 1 in which a culture solution is stored and culture it an aeration cultivation step B of juxtaposing a plurality of medium-sized semi-closed substantially cylindrical culture vessel 2 in which a culture solution is stored, supplying a medium-sized group S2 of cyanobacteria grown in the stationary culture step A into each of the semi-closed substantially cylindrical culture vessel 2, and culturing while aerating respectively. According to the invention, mass production of cyanobacteria is possible mass production of cyanobacteria with simplicity, with low labor, with low cost, and with a small amount of culture solution is possible and mass production of cyanobacteria with minimized occurrence of contamination, with simplicity, and with stability becomes possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】培養に使用する水を少なくでき、簡易かつ安定的に大量培養することが可能なラン藻類培養技術の提供。【解決手段】培養液を貯留させた閉鎖性小型培養容器1に、細片化されたラン藻類の小片群体S1を収容して培養する静置培養工程Aと、培養液を貯留させた中型の半閉鎖性略筒形培養容器2を複数並置し、各半閉鎖性略筒形培養容器2に、静置培養工程Aで成長させたラン藻類の中規模群体S2を投入し、それぞれ曝気しながら培養する通気培養工程Bと、を含むラン藻類大量生産方法を提供する。本発明により、ラン藻類の大量生産が可能であり、少ない培養液量で、簡易かつ低労力・低コストにラン藻類を大量生産することができ、汚染の発生を極力抑え、簡易かつ安定的なラン藻類の大量生産が可能となる。【選択図】図1
