The present invention relates to a hinged stretcher for the therapeutic treatment of a patient. The stretcher preferably comprises: a platform (1) for supporting the patient's torso and limbs； a support structure (2) for holding the platform (1)； a headrest (3)； and an adjusting arm (4) joined at one point to the support structure (2) and at another point to the headrest (3). By means of this configuration, the stretcher can be disposed in at least two different positions, allowing the headrest to act, in one position, as an element for supporting the patient's head and, in another position, allowing the patient to sit on the headrest (3).La presente invención se refiere a una camilla articulada para tratamiento terapéutico de un paciente.
