A method of treating triple negative breast cancer in a subject is provided. The method involves administering an effective dose of an inhibitor against the p90 ribosomal S6 kinase (RSK) family of kinases to the subject. The method may involve selective inhibition of RSK1 or RSK2. The inhibitor may be a siRNA, BI-D1870 or SL0101.La présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement du cancer du sein triple négatif chez une patiente. La méthode consiste à administrer à la patiente une dose efficace dun inhibiteur luttant contre la famille des protéines kinases RSK (p90 ribosomal S6 kinase). La méthode peut comprendre linhibition sélective de RSK1 ou RSK2. Linhibiteur peut être un petit ARN interférent, BI-D1870 ou SL0101.
