Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Probennahme aus einem fluidführenden System, wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens einen Adapter aufweist, der wenigstens ein Septum und wenigstens eine relativ zu dem Septum verschiebbare Kanüle umfasst, wobei die Kanüle derart verschiebbar ist, dass diese in einer Probennahmeposition das Septum durchdringt und in einer Spülstellung das Septum nicht durchdringt und wobei der Adapter wenigstens einen Spülbereich für ein Spülmedium aufweist, der so angeordnet ist, dass dieser in der Spülstellung der Kanüle mit dem Innenraum der Kanüle in Fluidverbindung steht, und wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens einen Aufnahmebereich mit Arretierungsmitteln für das fluidführende System aufweist, durch die das fluidführende System relativ zu dem Adapter in einer definierten Position fixierbar ist.
