To provide a collar for a pet for an owner and a pet more safely than a conventional collar for small animals such as cats and small dogs.SOLUTION: Four pieces of magnets are wrapped around both ends of a band-like collar 6 made of cloth and sewn, and fastened with moderate magnetic force with little burden on the pet.
