PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer including Jeju traditional tangerine extract as an active ingredient is provided to be able to be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of cancer or food for prevention and alleviation of cancer since the composition is obtained from natural materials and has no cytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cancer comprises extract of Hassaku, one of Jeju traditional tangerines as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cancer comprises extract of Dangyooza, one of Jeju traditional tangerines as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cancer comprises extract of Lyokan, one of Jeju traditional tangerines as an active ingredient. The extract of Hassaku, Danyooza or Lyokan is the pericarp extract of Hassaku, Dangyooza or Lyokan. The skin extract of Hassaku, Dangyooza or Lyokan is the pericarp supercritical extract of Hassaku, Dangyooza or Lyokan.본 발명은 제주 재래 감귤인 팔삭, 당유자 또는 이예감 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물 및 암 예방 또는 개선용 식품을 제공한다.
