The present invention relates to a temperature-sensitive composite and a method for preparing the same. The temperature-sensitive composite according to the present invention is maintained in a liquid state at room temperature and solidified at the time of delivery in the body, and shows remarkably excellent improvement in mechanical properties compared with an existing temperature-sensitive polymer composite, and as a result, the temperature-sensitive composite can promote the stability of a drug delivery system in the body and the sustainment of drug release.La présente invention concerne un composite thermosensible et son procédé de préparation. Le composite thermosensible selon la présente invention est maintenu à l'état liquide à température ambiante et solidifié au moment de son introduction dans l'organisme, et présente une amélioration remarquable de ses propriétés mécaniques par rapport aux composites polymères thermosensibles existants et, en conséquence, ce composite thermosensible peut favoriser la stabilité d'un système d'administration de médicament dans l'organisme et la prolongation de la libération de médicament.본 발명에 따른 온도감응형 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 온도감응형 복합체는 상온에서는 액체 상태를 유지하며 체내 전달 시 고형화되면서 기존 온도감응형 고분자 복합체 보다 현저히 우수한 기계적 물성의 개선을 보이므로 인하여 약물 전달체의 체내 안정도 및 약물 방출의 지속성을 증진시킬 수 있다.
