PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency sauna bed that also heats a side coming into contact with a bed of a lying person effectively.SOLUTION: A high-efficiency sauna bed 10 includes: a box-shaped sauna body 11 provided with an open/close cover 15 and a heating bed 16 provided with a superheated steam generating device 30 for generating superheated steam on the lower side thereof and a ceramic heating unit 20 for heating with the superheated steam on the upper side thereof and installed inside the sauna body 11.
