PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal case capable of inexpensively acquiring endoscope (especially, a direct-view endoscope) images with a high quality and high workability by effectively using camera functions of a general-purpose smartphone and promoting expansion of endoscopic diagnosis at a bedside and diffusion to doctors and students, and an attachment for portable terminal cases.SOLUTION: The portable terminal case includes: an attachment 1 having a cylindrical hollow shaft for connecting a camera-side end of a mount, and a plate-like member 7 having a hole 6 for the camera； and a housing removably attached to the portable terminal by fittably covering at least a camera-side surface of the portable terminal to fix the camera-side surface of the plate-like member of the attachment to the surface.
