PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health implement capable of stimulating any sites such as a shoulder, a lower back, and a leg moderately and alleviating a stiff shoulder and a lower-back pain with the warmth by forming into any shapes, and keeping the efficiency of heat retention to the degree for warming an abdomen.SOLUTION: The health implement has a core body 1 heating by absorption of microwaves which is covered with a coating body 10 having heat resistance and elasticity. The core body 1 is formed of a pottery and porcelain material containing a material forming a lithium-iron base complex oxide by firing. The coating body 10 is molded from silicon rubber.
