The present invention aims to provide the method for forming the foley for a catheter so that the foley for a catheter can have an improved antibacterial property and the antibacterial property can be maintained even for a long period of use.본 발명은 폴리 카테터에 관한 것으로, 탄소나노튜브와 징크옥사이드(ZnO)가 결합된 탄소나노튜브 중합체(CNT Polymer)가 실리콘에 배합된 소재로 구성된 카테터 본체； 및 탄소나노튜브와 징크옥사이드(ZnO)가 결합된 탄소나노튜브 중합체(CNT Polymer)가 실리콘에 배합된 소재로 구성되며 외부로부터 유입되는 유체에 의해 팽창 가능하도록 카테터 본체에 접합되는 카테터용 폴리；를 포함하며, 카테터용 폴리의 탄소나노튜브 중합체 배합 비율은 카테터 본체의 탄소나노튜브 중합체 배합 비율보다 높은 것을 특징으로 한다.
