PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter.SOLUTION: A catheter includes: a deflection beam having a rectangular section； and one continuous tension wire for expected surface bi-directional deflection. The tension wire is extended through spacers on both sides of the beam so that the tension wire keeps a desired separating distance from the beam. A tubular structure of a catheter body and a tubular structure of a deflectable part are fused at a joint by a C-shaped bracket fitted to both sides of the beam to form a hollow body having a hole, a thermoplastic material covering the catheter body and the deflectable part is fused to enter the hole, thereby forming a connecting nodal point. In order to provide a different curve shape and a deflection shape, an elongate beam reinforcement material may be fitted on the beam.【課題】 カテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】 カテーテルは、矩形断面を有する偏向梁と、予測可能な面双方向偏向のための１本の連続した引張りワイヤとを有する。引張りワイヤが梁からの所望の離間距離を維持するように、引張りワイヤは、梁の両側にあるスペーサを通って延びる。カテーテル本体の管状構造体及び偏向可能な部分の管状構造体は、梁の両側に取り付けられて孔を有する中空体を形成するＣ字形ブラケットによって、ジョイントにおいて融着され、カテーテル本体及び偏向可能な部分を覆う熱可塑性材料が融解してこの孔の中に入り、連結結節点を形成する。異なる曲線形状及び偏向形状を提供するために、梁の上に細長い梁補強材を取り付けることができる。【選択図】 図１
