PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device which has a pair of optical elements embedded in internal and external cuffs, matches optical axes when pulse wave signals are detected from changes in light transmitted through a tragus by mounting the internal and external cuffs on the tragus, positions the cuffs to correspond to the shape of the tragus and to the position to the entire ear, and enables blood pressure measurement at high repeat precision.SOLUTION: The blood pressure measuring device has a light-receiving phototransistor 21 embedded in an internal cuff assembly 6 and a light emitting diode 20 embedded in an external cuff assembly 7 and is equipped with an oscillating means 19 for keeping the external cuff to oscillate to match each optical axis in detecting the pulse wave signals from the changes in light transmitted through the tragus.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 1組の光学素子を内外のカフに内蔵し、耳珠に対して内外のカフを装填し、耳珠中を透過する光の変化に基づき脈波信号を検出するときに光軸を一致でき、カフが耳珠の形状、耳全体に対する位置に合致するように位置決めされ、高い繰り返し精度で血圧測定を行うこと。【解決手段】内側カフ組立体6に受光フォトトランジスタ21を、また外側カフ組立体7に発光ダイオード20を内蔵して、耳珠を通過する光の変化から脈波信号を検出するときに、各光軸を略一致させるように外側カフを首振り自在に保持するための首振手段19を備える。【選択図】図5
