The invention relates to a stomatological instrument meant to restore the natural occlusal morphology in molar and premolar teeth without intervention from the dental technician, said operation being performed by the stomatologist in a single phase. According to the invention, the instrument consists of a handle (1) provided with a thread (2) at one end, in said thread there being screwed in an interchangeable active part (3), carried out in 16 constructive embodiments, depending on the occlusal surface of each tooth, the active part (3) consisting of a specific rectangular region (4) having at one end an irregular shape (5) corresponding to the shape of the tooth whose occlusal surface it replicates, while, at the other end, the rectangular region (4) is provided with an L/shaped rod (6) with outer thread to allow it to be screwed in the thread (2) of handle (1).Invenţia se referă la un instrument stomatologic destinat refacerii morfologiei ocluzale naturale la molari şi premolari, fără intervenţia tehnicianului dentar, operaţie pe care o realizează medicul stomatolog într-o singură fază. Instrumentul conform invenţiei este constituit dintr-un mâner (1) prevăzut la un capăt cu un filet (2) în care se înşurubează o parte activă (3) interschimbabilă, realizată în 16 variante constructive, în funcţie de suprafaţa ocluzală a fiecărui dinte, parte activă (3) formată dintr-o zonă (4) specifică dreptunghiulară, ce are la un capăt o formă (5) neregulată, corespunzătoare formei dintelui a cărui suprafaţă ocluzală o replică, iar la celălalt capăt zona (4) dreptunghiulară este prevăzută cu o tijă (6) în formă de L, cu filet exterior, care-i permite înşurubarea în filetul (2) mânerului (1).
