The present invention relates to a tying apparatus of a seaweed spore-string and, more specifically, to a tying apparatus of a seaweed spore-string which allows an operation which ties a spore-string to a culture rope with small manpower to be promptly and accurately performed and makes the tied interval of the spore-string uniform. The present invention comprises: a working stand to which moving wheels are attached a spore-string implant device for implanting the spore-string by fixing the culture rope moved when installed on the upper part of the working stand and a culture rope moving device which pulls the culture rope in which the spore-string is implanted through the spore-string implant device thereby moving the culture rope.본 발명은 해초류 포자끈 결속기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 적은 인력으로 양식로프에 포자끈을 결속하는 작업을 신속하고 정확하게 이룰 수 있도록 함은 물론 포자끈 결속 간격을 균일하게 이룰 수 있도록 하는 해초류 포자끈 결속기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이동바퀴가 부착된 작업대 상기 작업대의 상측에 설치된 상태로 이동되는 양식로프를 고정하여 포자끈을 이식하는 포자끈 이식장치 및 상기 포자끈 이식장치를 통해 포자끈이 이식된 상태의 양식로프를 잡아당겨 이동시키는 양식로프 이동장치를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
