The present invention relates to a device for binding seaweed spore strings. More specifically, the device is not affected by the twisting strength of a culturing rope so as to form a wide place for an easy and rapid transplantation of spore strings so that the transplantation intervals between the spore strings can be adjusted according to the kind of seaweed. The device is installed on a worktable so that spore strings are transplanted onto a culturing rope made of multiple twisted strands. The device comprises a transplantation space forming device that forms a space for the transplantation of spore strings by loosening twisted strands of a culturing rope while being installed on a worktable with the culturing rope moved and fixed thereto； and a culturing rope moving device that pulls and moves the culturing rope onto which the spore strings are transplanted by means of the transplantation space forming device.본 발명은 해초류 포자끈 결속기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 양식로프의 꼬임 강도에 영향을 받지 않고 포자끈 이식을 위한 공간을 넓게 형성할 수 있도록 하여 포자끈 이식작업이 용이하고 신속히 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 해초류의 종류별로 포자끈 이식 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 해초류 포자끈 결속기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 작업대에 설치되어 다수의 가닥이 꼬아져 형성된 양식로프에 포자끈을 이식하도록 된 해초류 포자끈 결속기에 있어서, 상기 작업대에 설치되어 이동된 양식로프를 고정한 상태로 상기 양식로프의 꼬인 가닥을 풀어 상기 포자끈을 이식할 수 있는 공간을 형성시키는 이식공간 형성장치； 상기 이식공간 형성장치를 통해 포자끈이 이식된 상태의 양식로프를 잡아당겨 이동시키는 양식로프 양식로프 이동장치；를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
