PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rebamipide ophthalmic solution with a neutral to weak acidic pH, having transparency to an extent of causing no discomfort in use and giving no injury to the keratoconjunctive of a dry eye patient.SOLUTION: An aqueous suspension liquid of a rebamipide [2-(4-chlorobenzoylamino)-3-(2-quinolone-4-yl) propionic acid] crystal having improved transparency is obtained by admixing an acid aqueous solution of a hydrochloric acid or the like containing at least one kind of compounds selected from water-soluble polymers and surfactants with an aqueous rebamipide solution dissolved by a base of a sodium hydroxide or the like or an aqueous solution of a rebamipide salt.【課題】使用時に違和感を生じない程度の透明性があり、ドライアイ患者の角結膜に傷害を与えることのない中性～弱酸性のｐＨのレバミピド点眼液の提供。【解決手段】改善された透明性を有するレバミピド［２－（４－クロルベンゾイルアミノ）－３－（２－キノロン－４－イル）プロピオン酸］結晶の水性懸濁溶液は、水溶性高分子及び界面活性剤から選択される少なくとも１種の化合物を含有する塩酸等の酸水溶液に、水酸化ナトリウム等の塩基によって溶解させたレバミピド水溶液又はレバミピド塩の水溶液を混和することにより得られる。【選択図】なし
