PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts by integrally molding either one of the parts which constitute a nebulizer kit.SOLUTION: The nebulizer kit is equipped with a case body 110, a flow channel forming body 130, an open air introducing pipe 134, a compressed air introducing pipe 114, an atomizing part forming body 120 and the connection member 150 for connecting the flow channel forming body 130 and the atomizing part forming body 120. The flow channel forming body 130, the open air introducing pipe 134, the atomizing part forming body 120 and the connection member 150 are integrally molded. In a state that the flow channel forming body 130 is not attached to the case body 110, the connection member 150 is not deformed and a baffle part 122 is positioned on the underside of the open air introducing pipe 134.
