PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nebulizer kit capable of reducing loss in pressure of compressed air.SOLUTION: The nebulizer kit includes: a case body 100G including a compressed air introducing tube in which a nozzle hole for jetting compressed air is formed in an upper distal end portion a sucking path forming body 200G for forming a sucking path for sucking up a liquid toward the upper distal end portion and forming an atomizing portion at an exit of the nozzle hole and a flow path forming body 400G including an aerosol discharge port 420. The sucking path includes: a first sucking path extending to an upper part along the outer peripheral surface of the compressed air introducing tube and a second sucking path extending from the sucking path toward the nozzle hole on the distal end side of the compressed air introducing tube, and having a liquid sucking port for discharging the liquid. A particle sorting portion 300G having a wing section 340 which is adjustable in the posture for the atomizing portion is provided between the atomizing portion and the aerosol discharge port 420.
