Disclosed is an isolated, synthetic or recombinant nucleic acid comprising (a) a nucleic acid sequence encoding a polypeptide having a phytase activity and having at least 95%, 96% 97%, 98% or 99% or more sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:1, and the nucleotides at positions 1045 to 1047 of SEQ ID NO:5 1 are changed to TAT or TAC； (b) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide as set forth in SEQ ID NO:2 having a phytase activity and the amino acid threonine at amino acid position 349 of SEQ ID NO:2 is changed to a tyrosine； (c) a nucleic acid sequence completely complementary to the nucleic acid sequence of (a) to (b).
