The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a mat having seed lines, which includes: a fixation frame； an upper non-woven fabric which is installed in an upper part of the front-end of the fixation frame and is unwound while being rotated； a lower non-woven fabric which is installed in a lower part of the front-end of the fixation frame and is unwound while being rotated； a roll housing which is arranged on the top surface of the fixation frame； an insertion hopper which is installed apart from the roll housing and supplies seeds and nutrients； a lower bonding roll which is installed inside the roll housing and has alternately installed lower roll protrusion unit and lower roll dent unit in the longitudinal direction； an upper bonding roll which is installed in an upper part of the lower bonding roll and has an upper roll protrusion unit and an upper roll dent unit corresponding to the lower roll protrusion unit and the lower roll dent unit； a driving motor which is connected to drive and rotate the upper bonding roll； a screw housing which supplies the seeds and nutrients stored in the insertion hopper to a space formed by the upper roll dent unit and lower roll dent unit； and a feeding motor which rotates a feeding screw which is built in the screw housing, wherein an adhesive is coated on one between the upper non-woven fabric or lower non-woven fabric.
