The pack is manufactured by successively forming an acid coating layer and a carbonate coating layer on one side of a non-woven fabric by continuously coating and drying, and attaching a waterproof film to the opposite side of the non-woven fabric as one body； or by respectively forming an acid coating layer and a carbonate coating layer on one side of two sheets of non-woven fabrics by coating and drying, adhering to face both coating layers to make one body, and attaching a waterproof film to one outer side.
