The present invention relates to a preservative composition for a wet tissue having no browning phenomenon, excellent preservative effect, and little occurrence of foaming and pop-up phenomenon, and a wet tissue including the preservative composition. The antiseptic composition for a wet tissue according to the present invention is excellent in preservative effect against brukholderia bacterium which occurs in the process of producing a wet tissue. Also, the inclusion of cetylpyridinium chloride reduces the amount of bubbles generated and also reduces the occurrence of breeding phenomena. In addition, there is an effect of improving the browning phenomenon that has occurred in the wet tissue produced using the preservative composition for wet tissues containing cetylpyridinium chloride.본 발명은 갈변 현상이 없고, 방부 효과가 뛰어남과 동시에 거품 발생 및 팜업 현상의 발생 빈도가 적은 물티슈용 방부제 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 물티슈에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 물티슈용 방부제 조성물은 물티슈의 제조 과정에서 발생하는 부르크홀데리아(brukholderia) 균에 대한 방부 효과가 뛰어나다. 또한 염화세틸피리디늄을 포함하게 되더라도 거품 발생량이 줄어들며, 팜업 현상의 발생도 감소시킨다. 또한 염화세틸피리디늄을 포함한 물티슈용 방부제 조성물을 사용하여 제조되는 물티슈에서 기존에 발생하던 갈변 현상이 개선되는 효과가 있다.
