A device and a method for cleaning excrements are disclosed, which comprise an outer cover, inner body and cleaning machine. The outer cover comprises a first connector mounted inside and a first opening formed at the bottom thereof. The inner body is in a cup shape which comprises a second connector, a second opening, at least one sensor and a cleaning assembly. The first connector connects to the second connector. The second opening is formed at the bottom of the inner body corresponded to the first opening, and is connected to the machine via a pipe. The sensor drives the machine when it sensed excrements. The cleaning assembly connected to the machine and is configured for cleaning the user. Therefore, the device and a method for cleaning excrements are able to self cleaning in a comfortable way without other’s help.本案關於一種排泄物清理裝置及其方法，其包括外襯布、內組件及排泄物清理機器。外襯布內部設置有第一連接件並於底部開設第一開口。內組件呈一杯狀自使用者之膀胱位置沿著鼠蹊部向後延伸至尾椎下方處，並包括第二連接件、第二開口、至少一感測器及清潔組件。第二連接件與第一連接件連接。第二開口對應第一開口的位置設置於內組件之底部，並連結管道至排泄物清理機器。至少一感測器感測排泄物並驅動排泄物清理機器，清潔組件連結至排泄物清理機器，用以清潔使用者。因此，透過上述結構與流程，不良於行的患者可以達到舒適的自我清潔作業，無須假手他人。
