The present invention relates to an excrement cleaning device and method thereof, which comprise an outer lining cloth, an inner component and a waste cleaning machine. The outer lining cloth is internally provided with a first connecting member and a first opening is formed at the bottom. The inner component extends in a cup shape from the user's bladder position rearward along the groin to the underside of the caudal vertebra and includes a second connector, a second opening, at least one sensor, and a cleaning assembly. The second connector is coupled to the first connector. The second opening is disposed at a bottom of the inner component corresponding to the first opening, and connects the pipe to the waste cleaning machine. At least one sensor senses the excrement and drives the excrement cleaning machine, and the cleaning assembly is coupled to the excrement cleaning machine for cleaning the user.
