PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-infective treatment agent using an enzyme treatment liquid allowing effective antibacterial treatment against various bacteria, fungi (mold) and the like and capable of easily achieving prevention of infectious diseases caused by the various bacteria, fungi and the like and to provide a method for using the anti-infective treatment agent.SOLUTION: An enzyme treatment agent is produced by blending a powder, which is prepared by mixing any one selected from succinic acid, malic acid, citric acid and the like to sodium bicarbonate to adjust pH of a resultant mixture to &le8.0, to enzymes and assistants and stirring a resultant mixture while using papain, &alpha-amylase, filamentous fungi lipase, pancreatin as the enzymes and using adenosine triphosphate disodium salt and L-glutamic acid as assistants respectively. An enzyme treatment liquid is obtained by diluting the enzyme treatment agent with water or hot water (at 35-65°C optimally) at a ratio of 1-5% to 100 weight of the water or hot water.
