PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster which is sufficient in adhesiveness, good in texture, low in skin irritation, and makes olanzapine or its salt sufficiently permeate the skin, when it is applied to the skin, to show sufficient percutaneous absorption.SOLUTION: An adhesive layer which holds a drug is formed on a base material to form a plaster. In this case, the adhesive layer contains a thermoplastic elastomer, over 300 pts.wt. of a liquid component to 100 pts.wt. of the elastomer, and olanzapine or its salt.
