PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive skin patch excellent in storage stability and percutaneous absorptivity of midodrine, and good in patch applicability.SOLUTION: This adhesive skin patch is one where a plaster layer is integrally laminated on one surface of a substrate, where the plaster layer contains 60-97 wt.% of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and 3-40 wt.% of midodrine. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive includes a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing monomers comprising 60-98 wt.% alkyl acrylate, the carbon number of whose alkyl group is 1-12, and 2-40 wt.% 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone.
