The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tomographic image data processing system and a tomographic image data processing method, which minimize data capacity of a tomographic image acquired through CT or MR photographing so as to reduce the processed data and storage capacity of the tomographic image, and enable the tomographic image to be quickly reconstructed so as to increase a processing speed, thereby improving overall data processing efficiency for the tomographic image.
